We are licensed in Idaho, Montana, and Washington State; with multiple subsequent town and city licenses. We are bonded in Washington State, and may procure project specific bonds as needed. We are insured and may provide a certificate of insurance at request.
We do not give out previous customer information, but do publish some of our non-solicited reviews and feedback from past projects.
We do use subcontractors.
This varies greatly depending on the project’s scope of work. We try to give as accurate a timeline as possible from the onset.
A change order quote is submitted for approval. It must be mutually agreed upon before proceeding.
We do provide a written contract and strive to ensure that all applicable details accounted for.
Generally speaking, we pull all necessary permits and schedule inspections. In some instances we work directly with a separate entity or homeowner who has permits already in place or specifically requests that they handle permitting. We are accommodating in these circumstances.
The owner will most likely not be on-site every day during the project; as he oversees multiple projects in multiple states. There will be a job foreman or lead role at each project.
 This varies greatly from year to year, based on economic conditions and regional activity.
We provide a one year labor warranty on all our work; and can provide information relative to the warranty coverage of the specific material (s) that are used on your project which carry their own manufacturers warranty.
Email, Calls, or Texts are all acceptable forms of communication should something arise that the site foreman cannot resolve in person.
This can vary greatly depending on the job’s location and access. We do our best to work inside of normal business hours, but can make exceptions as needed to accommodate specific requirements, requests, or project variables.
